Coaching is available for all levels of expertise.

You'll find us in the West Wing of Strathclyde Park Watersports Centre, Motherwell. The easiest approach from outside the area is via the M74, leaving it at Junction 6 and heading for Motherwell.

We have regular whole-club sessions on Saturday and Sunday mornings, assembling 10:30 and finishing around 12:00 all year round. The more serious athletes actually start at 08:00.

In the summer months we also have evening sessions midweek, commencing 18:00.

However, access to the facility for competent (adult) members is always available whenever light and weather conditions permit.
